1. Refund eligibility
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags and accessories intact.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Some products, such as custom products, cosmetics, jewelry, lingerie, on-sale items or items marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase, are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
2. Refund process
Payment by Card: If you made your purchase using a debit or credit card, your refund will be issued directly to the same card that was used to place the order. Your refund may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
Cash on Delivery (COD): If you placed your order using the COD option, you can choose to receive a refund as follows
Cash payment: Available for pickup from the All In office located in Kuwait City during business hours on weekdays.
3. Return products
To initiate your return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at +96555301913 and our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about the status of your refund.
4. Collect cash or store credit for cash on delivery orders
Customers who prefer to receive their refund in cash for cash on delivery orders should visit the All In office in Kuwait City during our business hours on weekdays.
Please bring a valid civil ID and order confirmation to facilitate the refund process.
5. Shipping costs for returns
The customer will bear the shipping costs of returning products unless the return is due to a damaged product or an error on our part.
6. Replacement
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. Replacements depend on product availability
7. Non-refundable products
Some products are not refundable or exchangeable due to their nature
