Place the rack or tray inside the basket.

Shake the basket or flip the food halfway through for even results.
Safety: The basket becomes very hot during and after cooking. Always use the handles or heat-resistant gloves.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Unplug the fryer and allow it to cool before cleaning.
Wash the basket and rack with warm soapy water or in the dishwasher.
Wipe the inside with a soft sponge and the exterior with a damp cloth.
For stubborn food residues, soak the accessories in warm soapy water for 10 minutes before washing
